Legal action could take place against JT Cigarro's "members only room "

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Legal action could be on the way against a cigar lounge that's trying to go around the statewide smoking ban.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Legal action could be on the way against a cigar lounge that's trying to go around the statewide smoking ban.

Fargo Cass Public Health director Ruth Bachmeier says she plans to file a complaint with Cass County prosecutors against the JT Cigarro owner, who's been allowing people to smoke in a "members only" room through what he has called a "loophole" in the law.

Bar owner Dana Coulter has said he's hired an attorney. On a first offense, business owners can be fined $100.
