Grand jury indicts Crookston man for first degree murder

Crookston, MN (WDAY TV) - A grand jury has indicted a Crookston man on three counts of first degree murder involving criminal sexual conduct.
32-year-old Jedidiah Troxel had been charged with second degree murder. He faces life in prison.
Troxel is accused of stabbing Tanya Kazmierczak. Her body was found in August near a bridge over the Red Lake River.
Investigators say she was last seen alive talking to Troxel and did not return home from a party. He remains in jail under a $2.5 million bond.
