U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon announced Tuesday that 20-year-old Kirk B. Hollow, of Cannonball, pleaded guilty to the charges that stem from a May incident.
Prosecutors say Hollow sexually assaulted a woman and later physically assaulted a man who was attempting to assist the woman.
The abusive sexual assault charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The assault charge carries a maximum sentence of six months in prison and a $1,000 charge.
Sentencing is set for March 18.
