Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- A Moorhead man has been sentenced for a crash that killed a pedestrian in Pope County.
35 year old James Poock is sentenced to up to a year in jail. He was driving a vehicle that hit and killed Wes Tessman, of Glenwood in 2011.
Poock pleaded guilty to D-W-I and inattentive driving.
