Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- A former UND student is sentenced in that Grand Forks-based synthetic drug conspiracy blamed for the deaths of two teens.
22 year old Peter Hoistad has been sentenced to 8 years in prison. Hoistad pleaded guilty to conspiracy and distribution charges.
