Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A man accused of swindling Fargo churchgoers may be linked to similar scams in as many as five other states.
36-year-old Alan Michael Farah II faces a felony theft charge. Prosecutors say Farah claimed to need money for a plane ticket because of a family tragedy overseas.
His alleged victims: The Good Samaritan Anglican Mission, St. Anthony of Padua, and Temple Beth El.
