Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) - The parents of two children killed two years ago when a semi ran a red light near Grand Forks are filing a lawsuit against the driver and three companies, including UPS.
Kevin Boyer Junior and Catana Boyer are seeking at least $50,000. They claim recklessness, carelessness, and negligence caused the 2010 crash.
The driver, Steven Nelson, of Jamestown, and two Jamestown companies deny the allegations.
