North Dakota flags to be at half-staff for Pearl Harbor Day
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple is directing all state government agencies to fly the U.S. and North Dakota flags at half-staff to honor those who died at Pearl Harbor during World War II.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple is directing all state government agencies to fly the U.S. and North Dakota flags at half-staff to honor those who died at Pearl Harbor during World War II.
Dalrymple's directive is in accordance with a presidential proclamation designating Friday as National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
Dalrymple also is encouraging residents in the state to fly their flags at half-staff.
