Bucher pleads guilty to distributing synthetic drugs

Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- All 11 people charged in the federal synthetic drug case involving the deaths of two teenagers in Grand Forks admit to crimes.
21-year-old Steven Bucher pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute synthetic hallucinogens. He will stay in a treatment center until sentencing in March.
Bucher likely won't get the maximum sentence of 20 years, because of his cooperation.
