Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A civil lawsuit is filed against a bus driver and Fargo church involved a fatal crash in 2010.
A motorcycle collided with a First United Methodist bus as it turned into a parking lot. Merlina and Salih Ibralic died.
Merlina's father is suing bus driver Kathleen Johnson and the church seeking 50 thousand dollars. He claims Johnson didn't keep a proper lookout, yield the right of way and maintain control of her vehicle.
Johnson and the church deny the allegations.
