Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- People who are struggling this holiday season are getting a helping hand to create a traditional holiday feast.
Volunteers from AT&T worked with the Great Plains Food Bank to put together and distribute food baskets for families in need. They packed up boxes today with just about everything you need for a Christmas dinner.
These boxes will then be give to 400 households in North Dakota communities that don't have a food pantry.
Dave Lindsey, AT&T Employee/volunteer, says, "it feels pretty good for the holidays - everybody can can have a warm meal for christmas - so it feels pretty good."
Marcia Paulson, with the Great Plains Food Bank says, "packing bountiful food baskets that will be distributed on our mobile food pantry route starting next week."
The Bountiful Holiday baskets program is partially funded through a 5-thousand dollar grant from AT&T.
