(WDAY TV) -- Locked out workers at American Crystal Sugar will vote tomorrow on a contract proposal they have already rejected three times.

More than 90 percent of workers rejected the contract in the first two votes, and 63 percent voted no the third time. For 16 months, 1,300 people have been locked out of their jobs as they try to secure a *new* contract with the largest sugar beet processor in the U.S.

Approval of the contract requires a simple majority.
