Fargo contractor paying for fatal accident at Sheyenne grade center

Lee Jones and Sons negotiated a settlement with OSHA. The original fine of $21,000 dollars for three violations was reduced to $16,800.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo contractor has agreed to pay almost $17,000 dollars in fines for an accident that killed a Fargo man.
Lee Jones and Sons negotiated a settlement with OSHA. The original fine of $21,000 dollars for three violations was reduced to $16,800.
30-year-old Trevor Skarphol was killed after a beam fell on him, during construction at the Sheyenne 9th grade center.
OSHA says the beam was not properly secured.
