Classic TV show Christmas specials coming to modern television

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - They're classics from TV's golden age and their Christmas specials can be seen for the next month.

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - They're classics from TV's golden age and their Christmas specials can be seen for the next month.

Christmas episodes of Shows like “The Beverly Hillbillies” and “Dragnet” are being shown on Moorhead's Community Access Television.

In addition to the TV shows, there are made for TV movie versions of “Miracle on 34th Street” and other classic Christmas movies.

These shows are now in the public domain which allows Cable Access to run them regularly.

Tony Tilton, Moorhead Community Access TV: “4 to 7 pm every day, Monday through Friday is classic TV shows and that same group runs late night and early morning as well. So there's always a Christmas episode or two mixed in with that.”

The shows are on Cable channel 99 on both Cable One and Mid-Continent.
