47-year-old hit-and-run victim ID'd in Dickinson

DICKINSON, N.D. - A 47-year-old man was struck and killed in a hit-and-run accident Wednesday in Dickinson.
Tracy Freer has been identified by the Dickinson Police Department as the victim, according to a press release Thursday.
Police were called to the Queen City Motel parking lot at about 1 a.m.
Freer was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital and Health Center where he later died of his injuries.
The incident is still under investigation.
Freer was quoted in a previous Dickinson Press story as the owner of Queen City Motel.
