BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota woman has been sentenced to six days in custody for kicking a federal officer.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota woman has been sentenced to six days in custody for kicking a federal officer.
Francine Babicki, of Fort Yates, was charged with assaulting a federal officer. She pleaded guilty in June.
Authorities say Babicki resisted arrest after officers responded to a report that she had driven her vehicle into a parked vehicle.
Babicki also was ordered to home confinement for 12 months and supervised release for two years.
