(WDAY TV) -- A judge dismisses a Dunn County petition to call a grand jury to investigate North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple, over felony bribery allegations.

The judge saying at least seven signatures are not from qualified Dunn County voters. Therefore, there were not enough signatures for a grand jury process. The petition had 173 signatures and needed 167.

The judge also ruling the county did not have jurisdiction to bring charges.
