Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man is accused of pressing the barrel of a shotgun into another man's neck, at a North Fargo bar.

Police say 19-year-old Matthew Anderson was pestering the victim and his girlfriend.

At bar close, Anderson asked the victim to come to his pick-up, to "show him something."

The suspect allegedly pulled out the gun, and pressed it into the victim's throat.

The victim hit the suspect to get away, and called 911.

When police pulled Anderson over, they found two unloaded shot guns and shells.

Lt. Joel Vettel, Fargo Police: "Obviously with the threat with the gun, along with the statements that he made, clearly rose to the level of criminal offense, and we take those things very serious."

Anderson was arrested for terrorizing, DUI, and minor consuming alcohol.
