Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - Alcohol appears to be a factor in a crash that injured a Wahpeton man in Richland County.
It happened on Highway 13 near Barney around 12:45 this morning. 50 year old David Manning lost control of his vehicle and it slid into a ditch and rolled.
Manning was taken from the wreck to a hospital to be treated for injuries.
