Moorhead man tazed and arrested after slow-speed car chase

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - A 33 year old Moorhead man faces fleeing and drunk driving charges after leading police on a pursuit.

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - A 33 year old Moorhead man faces fleeing and drunk driving charges after leading police on a pursuit.

An officer tried to stop Justin Carr in the 1600 block of 11th Street South around 1:15 this morning.

Police say he led them on a slow speed pursuit before ditching the vehicle and taking off on foot. Officers found and tazed Carr before arresting him.
