Vietnam veterans to help restore Moorhead park

Bennett Park in Moorhead has seen some vandalism lately with graffiti spray painted on the playground equipment. A group of Vietnam Vets decided they would lend a hand to help clean off the spray paint and spruce up the park in the spring.
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - A Moorhead City Park is getting a helping hand from some veterans.
Bennett Park in Moorhead has seen some vandalism lately with graffiti spray painted on the playground equipment.
A group of Vietnam Vets decided they would lend a hand to help clean off the spray paint and spruce up the park in the spring.
And they have drafted a few extra bodies to help them out.
David Brunsvold, Vietname Veterans of America: “We signed our wives up for the flower beds, they're associate members, so we'll use them well.”
