DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — A 24-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting an 83-year-old woman in her Dickinson home faces up to life in prison after entering a conditional guilty plea.

The Dickinson Press reports that there is no plea agreement between Nick Webster and prosecutors and he maintains the right to withdraw his plea. Judge H. Patrick Weir ordered Webster to undergo a mental health assessment before sentencing.

Webster was charged with three felonies after the March 10 incident: gross sexual imposition, burglary and interference with an emergency telephone call.
