"Shine into the Holidays" kicks off in downtown Fargo

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Holiday spirit lit-up downtown Fargo tonight.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Holiday spirit lit-up downtown Fargo tonight.

Members of the Downtown Community Partnership lit all of the trees that line Broadway. They did it like the wave -- starting at Main Avenue and stretching all the way to 6th Avenue.

This is the kick-off event for the 4th annual "Shine into the Holidays" event. The popular lights parade is Tuesday.

Saturday, December 1st, the Grinch will be running around downtown.
