NDSU hosts the 37th annual Scandinavian Buffet

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- At NDSU today, some "fine dinning." No crystal. No Sterling Silver.

But pickled herring and lutefisk. Dining Services at NDSU today had quite the lay-out for its 37th Annual Scandinavian Buffet.

Meatballs, mashed potatoes with rutabagas. Lefse, flatbread and Torsk. And while many came for main course, the longest line was the desert table.

Krensakaka, Cranberry Desert, Romegrot and Rosettes. Every year, NDSU hosts nearly 250-people for the pre-holiday meal.
