A young woman raises $4,100 for breast cancer by baking cupcakes

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A young woman's obsession with baking will go a long way in helping women with breast cancer.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A young woman's obsession with baking will go a long way in helping women with breast cancer.

Kayla Houchin decided to bake as many cupcakes as she could, and donate the "cupcakes for a cure" to the Bras on Broadway fundraiser. Kayla made more than 11-hundred cupcakes and donated 41-hundred dollars to the breast cancer awareness project for women in our area.

Bras on Broadway raised a total of 134-thousand dollars this year, a new record.
