Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- They are one of the power programs of the fall season, the Concordia women's soccer team, who are heading back to the NCAA tournament for a 4th straight year.
It took some drama, beating Augsburg in a shootout last Saturday, but they're ready to do some damage.
Ali Nelson, Concordia Sr. Goalkeeper, says, "experience pays off, we have been there twice now and this year we have decided that the sweet sixteen isn't good enough for us. We want to make it to the next level, and everyone's expectation is that we get past that sweet sixteen round."
Dan Weiler, Concorida Head Coach, says, "This team doesn't know how to give up, we have won and stayed in some really really big games against some top ten teams in the country and that's really a testament so far and really how deep a run we can make after that."
