A Fargo man faces new sexual assault charges involving another minor

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Fargo man charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl now faces similar charges involving a 16-year-old girl.
In the latest case, 19 year old Tremaine Jones is charged with sexual assault and possessing child pornography for having nude photos of the 16-year-old girl on his cell phone.
According to court documents, the girl met Jones at a fast food restaurant and twice, they had sex in his car. Just 2-months ago, Jones was charged with gross sexual imposition involving a 13-year-old girl.
He told police he thought she was older.
