60 mile per hour winds sent trees crashing down on power lines. 60,000 customers who got their power back after Sandy lost it again.
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie says, "this set us back a day 24 hours 36 hours I thought we would have everyone on line late Thursday early Friday this probably pushes us back late Sat early Sunday at the latest."
The heavy snowfall forced some New Jersey residents to evacuate their homes again. The Nor'easter also chased FEMA and the Red Cross off Staten Island.
