West Fargo 18-year-old pleads not guilty to sexual contact with 12-year-old

West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A West Fargo 18 year old has plead not guilty to a felony charge that he had sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl.

Police say Augustine Addy and two other boys, ages 17 and 15, met up with a 13-year-old Fargo girl and a 12-year-old Moorhead girl in July.

Everyone but the 17-year-old boy ended up back at Addy's house.

The 13-year-old said Addy had sexual contact with the 12-year-old.

She says she took a shower with Addy but denied sexual contact.

Addy is also accused of giving the girls alcohol. The girls say they lied about their ages because they wanted to hang out with the boys.
