BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring has scheduled a public hearing on proposed rule changes for dairy inspections, meat and poultry inspections and anhydrous ammonia programs.
The hearing to gather comments from the public is at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, in the Agriculture Department's conference room in the state Capitol in Bismarck.
