Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A jury is seated in the trial of a Fargo surgeon accused of drugging and raping his wife.
Attorneys wittled down potential jurors to 12. There are 2 alternates. The 5 men and 9 women will hear opening statements tomorrow starting at 8:45.
Prosecuters say Doctor Jon Norberg raped his wife Alonna while she was on propofol, a powerful sedative.
He's charged with gross sexual imposition and reckless endangerment.
