NDSU football team No. 1 in both FCS polls

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota State once again is atop both of the Football Championship Subdivision Polls.

The defending national champion Bison are ranked No. 1 in both the coaches' poll and The Sports Network poll following their 21-17 win over Missouri State on Saturday. NDSU had been No. 1 in the TSN poll last week but No. 2 in the coaches' poll.

South Dakota State has moved from No. 25 to No. 20 in the coaches' poll and from No. 21 to No. 16 in the TSN poll, following a 16-12 win over Southern Illinois.

The Bison and the Jackrabbits play Saturday in Fargo. The teams are tied for first in the Missouri Valley Football Conference.
