North Dakota (WDAY TV) -- Just 2 days before election time, and there is reason to believe North Dakota could see a record turnout.
Secretary of State Al Jaeger says the has almost 36-thousand more
eligible voters than in the last presidential election in 2008. For people to cast a ballot in the state they need to be living in their precinct for 30 days.
North Dakota is the only state without voter registration.
Secretary of State Al Jaeger says, "You can only vote in one place. That's a decision that you can make but don't vote here and someplace else because it will be found out."
Jaeger says so far nearly 50-thousand absentee ballots have been filled out.
