Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Minnesota Deer Hunters may face slippery roads tonight and a fresh coating of snow in the morning.
At the 45th Street Scheels today, hunters came in to stock up and layer up in preparation for this weekend's opener. With the threat of freezing rain and snow, experts suggest wearing a protective shell over your hunting clothes.
Many today stocked up on the warmer packs that fit into gloves and boots. You can even buy warmer for your backside.
Jayson Sayler with Scheels says, "so we think of something that is waterproof and windproof so something that will keep you dry and warm so the elements will not get to you too bad."
