Maddock, ND (WDAY TV) -- A North Dakota man who pleaded guilty to defrauding farmers has to repay more than 237- thousand dollars or face up to three years in prison.

Maddock, ND (WDAY TV) -- A North Dakota man who pleaded guilty to defrauding farmers has to repay more than 237- thousand dollars or face up to three years in prison.

Michael Jelle did business out of Maddock as "The Dryer Guy."

He was charged last fall with felony theft for collecting money from farmers without delivering grain dryers and other equipment.

Jelle pleaded guilty two months ago to reduced charges of misdemeanor theft.
