Crews are replacing a communications manhole in the southbound lane of 5th street north between 1st and N-P Avenues in Fargo. Driving lanes will be shifted to let traffic drive on 5th Street.

You won't be able to park in the area while work is being done. It's expected to be wrapped up in about 10 days.
