Sioux Falls, SD (WDAY TV) -- It was a blowout in Sioux Falls, 54-0, the Bison laid a beatdown on the Coyotes, and the NDSU defense put together one of the most dominant performances in school history.

USD ran only one play in Bison territory Saturday, and that play was a quarterback sack. The Bison held the Coyotes to a measly 76 yards of offense,

and 4 first downs.

And if you're a big numbers guy, take a look at this. NDSU's defense is holding it's opponents to 185 yards per game, that's first among all division one programs, it's 10 yards less than FBS leader Alabama and about 90 yards better than the 2nd ranked defense in FCS, Georgia Southern.
