Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Fargo drivers on South University may deal with a little more congestion starting tomorrow morning.
At 9 the right-northbound lane will be closing around 17th Avenue. Crews are installing fiber optic cable.
The work is expected to take 3 days.
