Fergus Falls man faces 3rd degree murder charges

Fergus Falls, MN (WDAY TV) -- A Fergus Falls man faces 3rd degree murder charges, after police say provided the drugs, that led to an overdose death.

Fergus Falls, MN (WDAY TV) -- A Fergus Falls man faces 3rd degree murder charges, after police say provided the drugs, that led to an overdose death.

27-year old Christopher Tifanny is in the Otter Tail County Jail. 23-year old Thomas Rasmussen died August 10th, from an overdose of meth and heroin.

Police say Tifanny helpe Rasmussen get the drugs, that led to his death.
