Hempstead, NY (ABC News) - Tune in Tuesday evening at 7 PM for the second Presidential Debate between President Barack Obama (D) and Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney (R) LIVE from Hempstead, New York on the campus of Hoftra University. The debate begins at 8 PM. It is set as a town hall format and scheduled to center on foreign policy. CNN Chief Political Correspondent Candy Crowley is set to moderate.
