Moorhead man is charged for having child pornography on his cell phone

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- A Moorhead man is being charged in federal court after authorities allegedly discovered child pornography on his cell phone.
32-year-old Dustin Muscha is in Cass County Jail on charges of "Posession of Materials involving sexual exploitation of minors" and "direct sexual exploitation of minors."
Court Documents say that a person turned a lost cell-phone into a Sprint Store in Fargo. After the worker unlocked the phone, he discovered what he thought to be child pornography and immediately called authorities.
After examining the phone, documents show that authorities discovered multiple pornographic videos involving a girl between the age of six and eight years old.
