Former UND student pleads guilty to taking part in drug ring

22 year old Peter Hoistad pleaded guilty to conspiracy and distribution charges. He's the sixth person to agree to a plea deal.

The ring manufactured synthetic drugs that led to two deaths. Hoistad faces 30 years in prison.
