Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Call it new-age chiropractic care, where actually cracking and adjusting is just 20-percent of the process.
Dr. Jake Schmitz held an active-workshop tonight on how to transform your body into a cancer-killing machine. He holds these seminars 4 times a year,
this one was specifically for healthy eating.
It's part of a program called "maximized living," focused on overall healthy living. The idea is instead of waiting for a problem in your body and then fixing it, prevent it from ever happening.
Dr. Schmitz says, "health is a journey not a destination so we never arrive so we always want to make sure every day we're one step healthier than we were the day before."
Dr. Schmitz is the only chiropractor in North Dakota who's a part of "maximized living." If you want to learn more, call 356-3242.
