Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man and a Grand Forks woman face prison, accused of providing drugs that killed a Fargo blues guitarist.

A federal grand jury indicted 27-year-old Nathan Evenson and 24-year-old Nicole Wadsworth. They've pleaded not guilty to charges of drug conspiracy and distribution that led to death.

30-year-old Cody Conner died in June. Prosecutors say Wadsworth gave heroin to Conner.

Documents show the suspects tried to conceal their activities and distributed heroin in the metro from January 2011 to July 2012. Trial is expected to start in December.
