North Dakota high school students can now get a jump start for college

North Dakota (WDAY TV) -- North Dakota high school students can now get a bigger jump start on their college career.
Sophomores can now take courses for college credit. The "dual-credit" courses were previously offered to just juniors and seniors. Most of the credits are good at any college in North Dakota's university system.
