Minnesota (WDAY TV) -- The Minnesota State Patrol is urging teenagers to go VIRAL.
Troopers are challenging students in grades nine through 12, to produce a 30-second PSA, promoting the importance of buckling up and avoiding texting while driving.
This is from the 2012 winner. The so-called: "Buckle Up and Pay Attention Teens" commercial allows teen agers to choose a special topic. Seat belts, or distracted driving.
The state patrol says driver in-experience and distracted driving are the leading cause of teen driving crashed in Minnesota.
