NDSU president giving 'state of university' speech
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota State University President Dean Bresciani is giving his annual "state of the university" address.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota State University President Dean Bresciani is giving his annual "state of the university" address.
The speech is planned for late Thursday morning in the Festival Concert Hall of the Reineke Fine Arts Center.
NDSU in Fargo is the second-largest university in the state in terms of enrollment, with more than 14,400 students. The University of North Dakota in Grand Forks has 15,250.
