Cobbers look to stay perfect against St. John's

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - We know there's a big football game in Fargo this weekend, but there's also a huge contest in St. Paul, where the unbeaten and 24th ranked Cobbers will try to stay perfect facing another team that's given them fits in the past, Bethel.

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - We know there's a big football game in Fargo this weekend, but there's also a huge contest in St. Paul, where the unbeaten and 24th ranked Cobbers will try to stay perfect facing another team that's given them fits in the past, Bethel.

The Cobbs have not beaten the Royals since 2008, Bethel also enters this game without a loss and Concordia knows they want to back up their statement win over St John's with another this weekend.

Matt Moenkedick, Concordia Sr. Linebacker: “It's huge, there's no question about it. We want to go 3-0 as far as making playoffs, accomplishing playoffs this team set forth to do. It's big.”

Terry Horan, Concordia Head Coach: “It's number 23 at number 7. Doesnt get any better than that. Right now lot of confidence, most of our guys are healthy, let's execute do our thing and see what happens.”

The last time the Cobbers won at Bethel was 2005, the last time Concordia made the playoffs, WDAY
