Jamestown, ND (WDAY TV) - It's the final few days for a Jamestown store steeped in history.
Coulston Grocery opened in the 1920s.
It's been closed for a few years, and now family is emptying out leftover merchandise at an estate sale.
Carol Kelley's parents ran the Jamestown shop.
She says the memories are endless.
Fond memories, from when candy cost only pennies, to dark memories, like when her father was murdered in an armed robbery in the 1970s.
The store was robbed, burglarized, and set on fire, but it held strong.
Now Kelley says it's time to move on.
Carol Kelley, Parents Owned Coulston Grocery: "It was time to clean out, mom saved everything, and it was time to get rid of some things."
You can shop at the Two Rivers Estate Sale tomorrow and Friday, from 11 am to 6 pm.
It's located on 2nd Street and 7th Avenue Southeast.
