Jamestown, ND (WDAY TV) - If you've ever considered giving Lutefisk a try, now is your chance.

This is 375 pounds of Lutefisk, prepared at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jamestown.

Volunteers got everything ready for the annual Lutefisk and Meatball Supper tonight.

The dried cod, soaked in lye, is a big attraction.

For those not interested in the Scandinavian meal, the 200 pounds of meatballs helps too.

It's expecting 600 people.

Tom Olson, Coordinates Lutefisk & Meatball Supper: "We try to move them. It goes from 4 to 7, you know, and people don't like to be waiting for food."

The supper is underway until 7 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jamestown. It's $15 for adults. Children 11 and under are $4 or less.
